About Athletic Training

Our athletic training program is designed specifically for pickleball players who want to improve their performance, prevent injuries, and enhance their overall fitness.

Whether you're a beginner looking to build a solid foundation or an advanced player aiming to reach the next level, our training sessions will help you develop the strength, agility, and endurance needed for competitive pickleball.

Training will be provided by Sandi Wolf.

🏋️‍♂️ Three Training Levels

🟢 Beginner

For people with limited mobility, strength, or experience, or perhaps a little older (without discriminating against the elderly).

🟡 Intermediate

For people who already have a basis in strength training and who want to take it to the next level.

🔴 Advanced

For people who really want to push themselves and meet the highest standard of athleticism.
