Acceptance of Terms

By joining Dinx Pickleball Club or participating in our activities, you agree to be bound by these terms of use.

Membership Requirements

To become a member, you must:

  • Complete the registration process
  • Pay applicable fees
  • Sign the club waiver
  • Agree to follow club conduct rules

Safety Requirements

For your safety and the safety of others:

  • Wear appropriate athletic clothing and footwear
  • Use provided equipment properly
  • Inform us of any health conditions
  • Have appropriate health insurance

Code of Conduct

All members must:

  • Treat others with respect
  • Follow fair play principles
  • Use appropriate language
  • Not damage club property

Cancellation Policy

Sessions may be canceled due to weather, low attendance, or other circumstances. We will notify members as early as possible.

Liability

Members participate in activities at their own risk. Dinx Pickleball Club is not liable for injuries or damages that occur during club activities.

Membership Termination

Membership may be terminated for:

  • Violation of these terms
  • Non-payment of fees
  • Safety concerns
  • At the club's discretion

Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
