Participation in activities organized by Dinx Pickleball Club is entirely at your own risk.
Liability Limitation
The club, board, volunteers, and trainers are not liable for damage or injury resulting from:
- Actions of other players or participants
- Use of equipment such as paddles, nets, or other objects
- Accidents due to slippery or unsafe surfaces or objects on the court
Insurance
We recommend that participants ensure appropriate insurance coverage for accidents and/or injury.
